Your Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Manage daily social media activities across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging and innovative content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to various audiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Stay up to date on emerging trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting and budget allocation.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely post scheduling and alignment with key company events.
- Conduct competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising will be considered a plus.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for developing engaging content.
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
